    While I absolutely love matcha and its health properties, I’m gonna be honest and say it’s just not in my budget right now. However, I’ve been lucky enough to snag a couple free boxes with my Thrive orders lately so I’m really enjoying a nice matcha latte on cold days.     healthy hot cacao

    This recipe is very basic and you can add whatever you want to make it more interesting. A little cinnamon or maca or mushroom powder or all of the above! The coconut oil makes it nice and frothy and the only sweetener is dates which adds some fiber and iron! The cacao is a great source of antioxidants (think anti-cancer and anti-aging) and magnesium!
