Cafe Nune got me craving a peppermint mocha smoothie! I’m actually not sure what they put in theirs because I haven’t been over yet to try it but when they posted it on Insta I HAD to have one! So here’s what I came up with! Tweak it how you like, add a scoop of cashew butter or tahini or a big handful of greens (because why not?)! peppermint mocha smoothie
serves 1
ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1/2 – 3/4 cup unsweetened plant milk
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (I used this one or Navitas)
1 tablespoon hemp powder
1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (I used this one)
directions
put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth! add more plant milk if it’s too thick! top with fresh mint or cacao nibs!
